"The Division of Control and Accounts is responsible for maintaining all books, records and accounts of the State Treasury which relate to the finances of the State government" (AAC, 335-1-1). These printouts are used to compare revenues going into the special education trust fund and the general fund and are used to aid in preparing budget projections. THe printouts are divided into several sections: General Fund Comparison of Gross Receipts, Special Education Trust Fund Computation of Net Receipts, Object VS. Category Report, Explanation of Accumulations, and Expenditures by Object Comparison. The Division of Control and Accounts no longer receives these printouts.
